eHealth Embark is an equity free programme for early stage digital healthcare start-ups providing them with the tools and support needed to validate their business proposition, as well providing access to technical, clinical, regulatory and business expertise to support the development of innovative product roadmaps and pathways to market. Dundalk Institute of Technology (DkIT) supported by Amazon Web Services (AWS) are delivering the programme through the dConnect Digital Health Innovation Hub (dConnect) and the Connected Health and Wellbeing Cluster (CHW Cluster), who are both funded by Enterprise Ireland.

#eHealthEmbark module 6 focuses on procurement. The outcome of this module will be that participants will have a good understanding of public sector procurement both from the perspective of the vendor and or the customer. They will be ready to broach the final task of pitching to an expert panel to win $100,000 AWS credits.
eHealthEmbark Module 2 takes place on 5th May. Peter Donnelly of Medzone Solutions and Tapa Healthcare DAC will guide participants on medical device validation and software regulation. Daniel Kyne of OpinionX will do a deep dive into Customer Discovery through to Customer Validation.
